can I do?

He's home from work today because of the snow storm, thought the cat (always indoors) would like the snow and ice, put a harness on him and had him slipping around out there "skating" trying to make a funny video ... probably for about a half an hour to an hour.

He finally brings the cat back in the house, and the cat is limping and can barely walk .. he calls me all in a panic!

I told him to take the cat to the vet immediately, but he's afraid to drive in the snow, and I can't leave work.

Help, anyone know what I can do?

Call an emergency vet hot line, perhaps they can guide you through what to do to help your cat. Also, try heating her feet with tepid water, or maybe a hairdryer on low or cool. You should tell your husband to bring that cat to the vet immediately. That poor creature is in pain because of his actions. Good luck and I hope your cat gets better soon!

He's the one who messed up! You're right the cat needs to go to te vet immediately! Your man needs to grow some balls, get over his pissy little fear of driving in the snow, and take resposibility for his badly thought out actions! Either that or get him to call an emergency vet hotline! Sometimes they can guide you on the phone as to what you should do. Most frostbite needs to be treated with water. Start with cool, then go tepid, and then go warm... that's what you do for PEOPLE anyway... better call a vet to be sure.

Your husband in simple terms needs to strengthen a backbone and rigidity the cat to the vet. And if his knuckles are white each inch of how because of the snow, it really is in simple terms too damn undesirable. He also needs to strengthen a mind and comprehend that at the same time as cats' paw pads are tricky, they're no longer invulnerable. extraordinarily no longer on an entire-time indoor cat!

If he wants the cat to be hurt than that is his choice. Tell him to drive or walk. Why would you have a cat ice skating in the first place.

Tell him to drive, and if he doesn't then he should walk. It's his fault.
