what she said above, but volume will also give you more time before it freezes

for example sit out 1 can in 20 degree weather it will freeze in a couple of hours sit the entire case out there and you can leave it out overnight & if you have no cold beer in the house, just pop the top and give it about 20 minutes and you will have a cold frosty beer

The freezing point of beer depends on the alcohol content. Generally about 20 degrees F. The water crystals will freeze first at 32 degrees F. Generally the freeze will not be detrimental to the beer.

beer would freeze because the it has less than 10 percent alcohol so its going to freeze but im guessing alot colder than the freezing tempreture of water
