I took an overdoses of Nasonex 50mcg/ac. I sprayed three doses in my nose, will something happen.

Nasonex is Mometasone furoate: that is, a steroid in aqueous solution, or, basically, steroid in water. It is indicated for treatment of seaonal rhinitis due to alergies as a prophylactic. If you use it too much it will lower your immune system and predispose you to infection, epistaxis (nose bleeds), bronchospasm, cough, dry mouth, dyspepsia, nasal perforation, and heart palpitations.
No you will not die from this per se, but, it does predispose you to malignancy of the nasopharyngeal tissues in much larger doses than you took taken over a much longer period.
MEDS MUST BE TAKEN AS DIRECTED ONLY. IF ONE THING IS GOOD, TEN OF THAT THING IS USUALLY NOT GOOD.

Oh, and, by-the-way, yes you are going to die---that is an absolute guarantee--- just maybe not now -- and maybe not
because of THIS incident !!
