A good reccomendation for a dark brown or a medium brown (natural, no red or gold) Hair color dye. I am afariad to try dark brown in fear it will come out black or really dark due to a previous instance a year agao. My natural hair color is (dark brown) . I lightened at the salon a year ago, now the color is faded to reddish oragne brownish color.I want to go back to my original hair color and get rid of the red.

Best bet is go to a salon, they can take out all the reddish, brownish yuck color. Then add some nice lighter shade brown tone highlight. If they screw up, then they have to fix it.
