First off, let me just say that you would be better off(and probably should) by go to a doctor because you have no idea who any of us are, or if we are full it.
but if you would like my advice, i personlally think you might have a stye. it may verry well be some sort of rash as well.
but here is some info on styes and perhaps this will help you to decide for yourself, wether or not you have one. but, again, i stress that you should not rely on people here, in place of trained medical assistance.
Stye
A stye is an infection in the tiny oil glands along the edge of the eyelid that surround the base of an eyelash. It begins as a red, tender bump, and looks like a small pimple as it develops.
A stye usually comes to a head (clear or yellow fluid collects in the stye) in about 3 days, after which it breaks open and drains and heals in about a week. Though the cause of a stye is often unknown, it can develop from rubbing the eyes or using products near the eyelid that can irritate the eye, both of which can transfer bacteria to the skin and cause infection.
Usually, home treatment is all that is necessary to treat a stye. This includes not wearing eye makeup or contact lenses; allowing the stye to break open by itself; applying warm, wet compresses to the eye area; and using nonprescription medications.
heres some more info if you would like it

you either are having a really bad allergic reaction to something, you could be really tired or stressed out. or it could be a becaterial infection. i would have a dermatologist look at it to be sure. try not to scratch it even though its really itchy. itll probably make it worse.
-i hope i helped!

allergies.
if it persists, you probably should go to the doctor for a high dose shot of benadryll or a steroid to clear it up.
