For my science project we have to do an egg drop priject. THe maximum weight is 40 grams which is about 40 paper clips which isnt that much. YOu also can only use paper, straw, rubber bands and one mystery material, but it cant be packing material like bubble wrap. Does anyone have any ideas, or examples! Anything would help!
Thanks

We did this with a pyramid of drinking straws with the egg suspended in the middle using elastic bands. There are many ways to address this, but it's supposed to be a test of your imagination so I guess I won't be getting best answer because that's all the help I think I should give.

Use ZipLock bags and make a mars pathfinder type thing with inflated bags all around a shape made from the straws.
