In the USA (depending on the state your pharmacy is located in) your prescription can be transferred from one pharmacy to another. The procedure is to choose the new pharmacy you prefer, give them the name of your old pharmacy (and the prescription number on your bottle), and let the new pharmacy know your name, address, drug allergies, and insurance info., etc. This information is protected and helps your pharmacist watch out for potential problems (example: drug interactions.)
I'm not sure why you get a 30-day supply: probably restrictions due to either your insurance or the pharmacy laws in your state.
Give your new pharmacy the courtesy of ordering refills a few days ahead of time. They often fill from 200 to 800 prescriptions a day. It takes time to get responses back from physicians also when you have run out of refills.
I'm not sure I answered your question: hope I've helped you.

I understand what you're getting at I think. You have a regular prescription you get filled monthly. You go to the same chemist all the time and they keep your prescription on file. (How am I doing so far). You can't get there on time su you want to know will an alternative chemist fill the prescription if you produce the printed docket the chemist gave you the last time you filled the prescription.
Short answer....No. Sorry. The second chemist can't fill a prescription based on that docket because they have no way of telling from it how many repeats you're entitled to fill.
The only way round it is to hold on to your prescription in future but for this time round you need to get someone to do you a favour and collect the prescription for you. Alternatively ring the chemist that's holding your prescription and ask them can they do anything for you as a once off. They might be able to phone the prescription to a different chemist for you.
Did I interpret the question correctly?

I think your question got a little lost in translation, but i used to work in a pharmacy, you dont need a form to go to another chemist,if they haven't got the full amount take back your perscription and go to another pharmacy if its urgent,if you can wait the pharmacist will order the remaining pills which you can pick up at a later date. For out of hours services there are a few that remain open till 10 pm,some boots chemists do,but not all.

I used to be in a similar situation. If you're in the UK you can go to any chemist with your prescription form. You can also get your prescription before you run out of medication so that you don't have this anxiety again.

Your question is very unclear. If you are asking whether you can get remaining refills at another pharmacy, then, yes, but you can only get one month's worth, regardless of how many refills are remaining.

I ´m sure you can, and if they don´t except it they will tell you which chemist to go to. .there is always a chemist open 24 hrs a day . so you just have to find out which 1 and where .so you can get them tonight or early morning before you go to work
