He broke up with you alright. It's called being passive-aggressive. This is what weak people do. Rather than take direct action (breaking up with you) he instead takes another related action (seeing someone else). Thus he gets YOU to break up with HIM and he can delude himself into thinking he's the good guy and you're the b*tch for dumping him. (And that btw is the story he's already told the new chick).
Sounds like you're much better off without that loser.

Sounds like your bf is trying to be a player and have something on the side or have multiple girlfriends. If you have made a monogamous commitment with your bf then you need to confront him and tell him he has violated that agreement and your trust. If this is the case then you should definitely consider breaking up with him.

Don't even waste not one ounce of time or thought on that dude. It's apparent that he does not love you and he does not care about you or your feelings. Just move on and soon you'll find someone that really loves and respects you. This guys is onl playing games with your heart. Leave him be and go on with your life. well you should see if he really is involved with someone else and if he is, get rid of em. i always thought cement shoes was a fitting punishment for cheaters.
