It depends on so much other than age. In my opinion you should wait until you are married, have health insurance, a savings account with a substantial balance, and a mortgage.

I had my first at 20 and wished I could've waited a few years. My second was born 3 1/2 months ago (I'm 28).
My answer lies somewhere in the middle. Is 25 too young? No, it's not too young - IF you have a stable career and you're out of school, a home big enough, and enough money to support a child. It's never too soon to start planning ahead. Just tell your bf's mom that you're not pregnant and not planning on it just yet, but you don't feel you're too young and that's a decision that's for your and your bf to make. Prove to her that you've given it thought (home, money, etc) and that you can support a child. That's probably what they're most worried about.

There isn't a perfect time to have a baby. Still, there are so many other things that go into deciding whether or not it's a good time to have a child. Are you in a relationship that is stable and strong, do you have sufficient income to provide for a child-rent, food, clothing, medical expenses, day care if necessary? Are your goals for the future compatible with your partner? Can you see making a lifetime committment to a child with this person, even if you split up?
There's nothing wrong with having a baby at 25, but there's also nothing guarateeing that it's right either.

I was 20 years old when I had my first baby the 15 months later I had my second and now that I am 28 I am almost at full term with my third. I can safely say that if you feel that you are to young at 25 to have a baby then don't but if you feel otherwise then do. Noone else can tell you when to and not to. My future daughter-in-law is almost 18 and she is having her first. So it depends on the individual.

In the timing of this society the average age of women having children is about 20 years, so to have a baby at 25 is a very good age because you could be already settled down and have a good job or be getting a good job.

My Mother Has always Said.... No Woman is Ever Ready to Have a Baby..... It's like trying to take on the world without a LifeJacket.. If your Ready to Settle down and dedicate your life to raising your child at 25.. Go For It But Make Sure It's what You and Your S.O. agrees on together... Children Can't be Given Back/Returned For a Refund.. You Kinda Stuck with 'Em Ya Know... lol

I got married and then had ours at age 20, 23, 27 and now Im pregnant with our final baby at 30. I would say it is definitley not too young. Because right now, I am so totally miserable and have had a super hard time with the pregnancy at 27 and this one. The first too were so easy because I was younger.

Not too young if everything else is in place. By 25 I was married for 3 years, had a job and was a homeowner. My first child was born when I was 26.

No 25 is not too young. Many girls are having babies way earlier then that. But 25 is a good age.

I had my toddler when I had particularly became 20, so 25-26 to me isn't too youthful to have a baby. Like some different person said, notwithstanding, it really is extra about monetary stability and adulthood...I completely accept as true with that.
