Sugar, you will grow into that adams apple. You'll get taller and your body will change so much you won't believe it. For the time being you should relax, some girls like skinny guys. I sure do, and I married one!

The only way would be to gain a lot of weight. Even if you started working out, you would have to gain a lot of fat to turn into muscle to thicken out your neck. Try wearing clothes that cover the neck like hoodies or turtles necks, ect. Other than that, try not to worry about it. Woman aren't going to care, and if anything it is a male only trait that may even attract females on a biological level. Kinda like good colors on a peacock.

Don't worry about it. Some women find it sexy. Have good posture and look people in the eye and even if you're not really self-assured you'll appear to be confident and women find that very attractive also.

You are a man and men have adam's apples, get used to it. Even with a sex change operation, that's the one thing they cannot get rid of.

you could get a trachea shave operation. some men who get sex changes get that do took more feminine. maybe you dont want it gone completely, but if it works for them, it'll work for you.

There is nothing you can do about it. It's part of you, learn to love it.
