um it usally stands for vacation it should be v.c but we descided it sounded better like v.k

Unlike British "number plates",American "license plates" do not denote a region or area.US plates are sequential,except if you have personalised "vanity" plates,which are not available in the UK,from what I understand.The different states all have their own plates,but all share similar numbering systems.
