I'm getting married to an Egyptian and this isn't my 1st marriage, so what type and color wedding dress do I wear? It says on the net that the tradition is to wear white, but like i said, it's not my 1st wedding. So, can someone please help me?

Unless his family is very conservative, I'd suggest just finding a Western-style wedding dress. The Egyptians are quite progressive and Westernized, and their country is a secular state (not like Iran or Pakistan). Talk to his mother and see what she suggests, and maybe even ask her to help you shop. I think she'd feel quite honored to have her advice sought.

Certain aspects of Egyptian weddings in urban cities are not unlike weddings anywhere in the the world. The bride wears an ordinary bridal dress and the groom wears a black suit or a tuxedo.

It doesn't matter if it's not your first marriage, you can still wear white. Is he a Muslim? If so, perhaps you could consider a style of dress that's tied to the Islamic tradition. I think, you should wear what appeals to you, not necessarily tying it into a particular heritage.

(Of course, you could always go for that gorgeous New Kingdom look... LOL I love Ancient Egypt.)
