It seems to me that you're concerned about your weight. If that's the case the first thing you should do is talk to your doctor for best advice.
Given that, you should be aware that bagels are high in fat, yes I know it was whole wheat but you can get grains from better sources of foods.
The chocolate as you may know most likely contains butter fat/milk fat.
Chips contain high amounts of the bad fats & cholesterol, sodium etc.
The dip could easily contain fats, hydrogenated oils etc..very unhealthy.
Of all the items you listed the yogurt is best if it's of the no fat variety & very low in sugars (preferably no sugars)
I don't know if the bread was white "enriched" or a healthier whole grain which is the better choice as most people don't get enough fiber in their diets which is very important to help prevent certain cancers & also makes you feel full longer too as an added bonus.
To me it's not a question of if you should stop eating for the rest of the night, but that you should change your eating habits as soon as possible.
Fruits, veggies, whole grains, water, small portions of meat no larger than a deck of cards is all you need a day, any more you're eating too much meat. Fish like salmon baked for instance is a good choice & contains the healthy oils that can help your heart & lower cholesterol if you have any issues with it.
And the most important thing is not to obsess about your weight, what matters is being happy with who you are & just making changes in your eating habits to the foods you know are much healthier choices as well as drinking several glasses of water each & every day.
Read lables when grocery shopping, learn to look for words such as hydrogenated, palm oil, corn syrup to name just a few to stay away from as well as read the fat contents for example...one serving contains what percentage of the daily amount of fats, calories, trans fats, sugars, cholesterol etc then look for lables that are low in these things. One thing, stay away from any product that contains trans fatty acids or trans fat as they are extreemly unhealthy & potentially dangerous long term.
Fresh foods are usually better than canned, frozen & processed foods with a few exceptions.
You'll learn as you go.

Whole wheat bagel (good) the light cream cheese and jam (okay, but use minimal amounts).
Yogurt is good, but cottage cheese is also a good choice, though the texture is a little icky with a slice of fresh pineapple, its not so bad.
The sandwich is okay, but cut out on extras on it, use minimal amounts of dressing and cheese and other condiments.
Skip the chocolate coating; snack on wheat thins or low sodium triscuts instead of sugary crackers. Plain popcorn is also good. You should get the 100 calorie packs.
Grape juice, even all natural, isn't the best. Water is a better choice
No chips and dip, even baked chips aren't as good as the seem, again, snack on wheat thins or triscuits
Whole wheat bread products are best, but the pb&j isn't. Try making a healthy sandwich with a little deli meat and plenty of fresh vegetables on there
Again, yogurt is fine, as long as it doesn't have any add ins (i.e. chocolate chips, cookie chuncks, sprinkles)
As far as when you should have stopped, I'm not sure, but don't starve yourself! Don't forget about your protien either! Eat some chicken and take a multivitamin for any other nutrients you might be lacking. If you are trying to lose weight, eating portioned and well rounded meals is best and its better to eat 4-5 small meals than 3 large ones with 'snacking' inbetween. Don't forget about exercise either.
If you are considering losing more than 15lbs consult a doctor about the best dietary advice and exercise for your body type and lifestyle.

Using a nutritional calculator (there are plenty of them online) what you reported eating compared to the recommended intake for an average adult:
calories: you ate around 2000. Recommended = 2000
carbs; you ate 270 grams. Recommended = 3000 g
protein: you ate 40 grams. Recommended = 50 grams
fiber: you ate 14 grams. Recommended = 25-30 grams
fat: you ate 80 grams. Recommended = 65 grams
NO soda? Good girl! So, not too bad, BUT you are absloutely not eating enough fiber, fruits or vegetables. I didn't check on all the vitamins but you are definitely lacking in vitamin C and A and probably iron unless all of the breads were enriched. You seem to be filling up on starch. A high-gluten diet like that will tend to make you lethargic and you'll put on weight eventually. Yes, breads are quick and filling but don't cover all the nutrients you need so you're likely to feel hungry again soon. Dump the chips and dip and eat an apple. Substitute a veggie rich salad (not just lettuce and tomato) for one of the PB and J sandwiches. Fiber-rich foods will fill you up for a longer time.
Are you trying to be a vegetarian? Didn't notice any meat or fish in there. That's OK but you need to look for good sources of protein besides high-fat PB and milk products. It's not enough to just not eat meat -- you need to eat vegetables and fruits, including beans -- they're delicious anyway!
It also seems like you have a boring diet. You need more variety. Food is good --enjoy it! You'll feel better, won't be hungry and won't gain weight as easily.

i am 21 going on 22. i am 5"1 and weight like 185. I have recently begun losing weight. i read a book with real life weight loss stories but the majority of the people in it were over forty. i dont want to wait that long. you already weigh alot less than me but here is what got me to finally begin losing something and not gaining it back. first off, skip the cream chess on the bagel and stick with the jelly. trade the portabella sandwich in for a salad with grilled chicken. you can count the chocolate graham cracker as a treat just dont eat more than two in one day. you'd be surprised how they add up and it is not even worth the two seconds. juice is ok if its low cal. what kind of chips and dip? high fat extra salt chips and fatty cheesy dip? yesterday i wanted chips and dip but i just at some dip with a spoon instead. i probably saved myself a bunch of calories and it was good enough. skip peanut butter. there are 200 calories in one tablespoon of that stuff. yogurt does not have all the supposed weight loss qualities that alot of people think it does. hope this helps.

It's not that you are eating to much, I think you may be eating the wrong things, I eat more in a day than you but I keep my weight under 108, I'm 25, and I exercise moderately. Below is what I ate today.
7:00 am - nectarine & 1 slice whole grain cinnamin raisin toast
10:00 am - go lean cruch, 4 sliced strawberries, skim milk
1:00 pm - chicken, snow peas, onions, carrots in garlic sauce w/ 1/4 cup white rice
4:00 pm - 1 cucumber with 1 tbsp basil vinagrette
7:00 pm - Buttermilk Baked Chicken, Green Beans, & 1/4 cup garlic flavoured rice
9:00 pm - 2 dill pickles
I actually keep a journal of every item I eat, it keeps me on track when it's on paper! it is important for your metabolism to eat every few hours to keep yourself satisfied instead of feeling famished and eating everyhing in sight. One thing I noticed in what you had is it seems you may be having a lot of sugar in your diet, jelly 3 times in day is alot, be sure you use a sugar free jam, they really taste just as good, grape juice is full of sugar, if you really want it maybe buy the light version, still a lot of sugar but much better. I hope this helps, also remember to drink plenty of water and NEVER skip a meal! Good Luck!

i'm meant to be on a weight-help plan, yet i've got had somewhat a binge at present... Breakfast - 3 strawberries, 12 grapes, 3 cherry tomatoes, and 2 slices of white bread. Snacks: 2 French Fancies and a Terry's Chocolate Orange bar. keep ingesting wooded area end result drink, which has various energy. Lunch - Quorn (faux meat) poultry slice and 2 Quorn sausages, in rolls. Dinner - Small egg fried rice. this is 10 O'clock, and that i've got in simple terms eaten 2 small bread rolls. I easily have 0 self administration while it is composed of nutrition, and consequently i've got began putting it right into a nutrition diary. Mehhh :/ i think of you're no longer ingesting adequate, it is unquestionably no longer adequate energy. in case you consume under 1200 energy an afternoon, you will no longer cut back weight. you may desire to consume some extra issues, although this is an particularly healthful weight-help plan. :)

It probably wasn't a good idea to eat the last bagel. That shouldn't stop you from eating diner though. If you skip eating later, then you will wake up hungrier than normal and want to eat an abnormally large breakfast. If you really want to watch your calories, just eat some green beans and a small portion of meat for dinner. The protein from the meat will keep you satisfied longer than the carbohydrates in bread, and the green beans will help to fill you up without adding many calories.

If your not putting on weight, it probably means you are burning it all up before it has a chance to hang around. Just be careful though, what you do now, may affect you in the future, be careful that you aren't eating too much high colesterol food. When you get into your later 20's you will start to notice that fat becomes a little harder to dispose of and you may be setting yourself up for heart trouble in the future.

that is fine...you are eating small meals frequentaly through out the day...which is great...just make sure you eat some more healthy things and include a ton of fruits and vegtables, whole grains, and water! Listen to your body too...when your hungry eat! Never cut yourself off when your stomach is growling...first of all you wont be happy and second of all you are truly hurting your body. and remember ( i no this is corny) but you dont have to worry about eating to much because of fear of gaining wieght...so you put on two pounds...big deal...i bet you are still beautiful and everyone probably agrees!
