I think that's up to individual preference. I always prefer the morning (after I brush my teeth, of course...although I've heard that "morning breath doesn't matter, if you're horny.")
Pretty much, anytime would be ok with me.

during the day well any hour when the boss is gone so you cant get caught or right after you finish most of the days chores. At night well you can never go wrong cause your probably in bed already so any hour two three a.m. i dont know

Anytime you feel like it sweetie! Though I prefer nighttime because it just feels more romantic, like when you're done you can go look at the stars and the moon. Or at sunset, when the sky is all different colors. It makes for some pretty good pickup lines, too. <3
