A male coworker of mine is very resentful of me because I get along very well with a girl at work that he likes alot. I happen to like her alot but don't think she likes me like that but I'm okay with this. The problem is when she laughs at my jokes (she does this alot), or compliments me, or touches me on the arm, he will make a comment about it and be very negative towards us for the rest of the day. He thinks she likes me alot, and other coworkers think we are hooking up, but this isn't happening. What do I do? How do I handle this guy?

You sure she doesnt like you that way? Kind of sounds like she does. I just think you should ignore this male coworker. You can't control who this girl likes and doesn't like. Next time he bugs you, ask him what his problem is and tell him that there is nothing going on between you and the girl......(yet)

She is atleast attracted to you. Laughing at your jokes, touching you from time to time, etc. Yeah, she's obviously interested.
Tell the guy that nothing is really going on & that you're sorry he feels this way, but there's no real reason too. Maybe back off the girl slightly in the meantime.
Just be calm & understanding.
Or try introducing him to another female co-worker/female you know.

It's the Office gossip BS show.
Tell him straight up that there's nothing going on. And even if there was then that's your business. The rest of them just ignore them.

Well...if you know darn well that he is interested in her at least have a little respect for him and don't flirt with her in front of him. Do you know how much that probably tears him up inside? You could tell him you are just her friend and this is your way with her and he shouldn't feel threatened.

He is being a big baby, no wonder she doesn't like him! Tell him to get over himself already.
