My day is going great thanks Rubi. Im sure you are familiar with Matthew chapter 5. It is Jesus on the mountain preaching to multitudes. He list the blessed attiributes like "blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy"
You could make a play with someone in general in any given circumstances displaying all these blessed attitudes.

I like verse 44 Love your enemy that would be an easy one to perform, tougher in real life though :)

May Jesus guide and continue to teach you and watch over you.
I hope I was helpful, good luck with the play!

I achieved a lot today, got all of my spring cleaning done in my yard and even cleaned my carpets in my car. My church does the Passion Play every year, it is pretty much the Passion of the Christ in play form. Always has an awesome turnout. And there are plenty of roles to hand out.

I think that you should do this story from 2 Kings. It is so inspirational

2:23 And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head.
2:24 And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.

Gotta love God sending two bears to kill 42 children for calling Elisha bald head. Such a wonderful story.

How about the theme that forgiveness of others must also include forgiveness of oneself. We can’t grown in Faith if we continue to beat ourselves up.

how about something along the lines that shows how Jesus died for us and the love that he shows for us even when we do something wrong. it might be a common sense topic but Gods love is always with us!!
