Depends on where in Denver you are staying! Downtown area has the most night life: Vinyl, The Church, Purple Martini, Coyote Ugly, Martini Ranch...no baseball or football right now. You may want to look into an Avalanche hockey game, Nuggets basketball, a Rapids soccer game or a Mammoth lacrosse game. Downtown is packed with huge clubs and small bars. That would be your best bet. If you are further North, than you HAVE to go the the Grizzly Rose. It's a country bar that is a blast and they have concerts almost every weekend. There is the Denver Zoo and the museum is pretty awesome too. Cherry Creak is the expensive part of town, with some amazing shopping and great restaurants. I really enjoy the Zoo and Avalanche games are a blast! The Purple Martini is my favorite lounge to go to, especially because you usually get to ses a few Denver Bronco's players. Bring a coat and some t-shirts...it will probably snow and be 70 all in the same week!

There are a ton of great spots in Denver.
First to think about is the food. Denver has a ton of great restaurants and I personally love Sushi Sasa for Sushi, Capital Grill for Steak, and Potager for almost everything.
Then there are the activities. You can catch an Avalanche or Nuggets game this time of year and those are a blast.
For nightlife, Denver has a ton of clubs and bars in Lodo and the CPV for most any type of atmosphere.
Not sure and want to see what the locals want. Here are a couple links that have people vote on the best restaurants, clubs, happy hours, neighborhoods, etc. And the other link is to the Denver wiki site.
Good luck. Whatever you pick Denver is a blast.

Denver was voted the Drunkest City in some magazine not that long ago, so I'm sure you'll find something. Another fun idea is to approach a scantily clad female (or shemale) on East Colfax Avenue and ask them if they want to party. Tee hee.
