I need a program that when i scan documents i could add or delete from the scanned document ( cuz normally i have to type it from the begining and that takes a lot of time) soo if there it is a such program that with the scanned documents i could add words or delete some.
Its ok if i have to pay for it just i need the name of the Program if there is a such one

If you mean you want to edit scanned text then yes you can, I guess OmniPage is amogst the most popular or you could try cuneiform from www.ocr.co there are plenty of others, you are looking foe optical character recognition software

You are looking for a Optical Character Regognition (OCR) software. Adobe Acrobat has most of that in it.

Adobe Photo Shop....
Atually, if its something simple, open that image file with "paint"
thats inside ur computer alrdy from Microsoft window, then add and erase what you want...
