You have to tell them. That is the only way they can help you. Don´t worry about them getting uncomfortable they have heard it all.

Oh my god, you're worried about how it might affect them?? If they couldn't handle it they wouldn't be a therapist!! Tell them now, call them right now and tell them. They are there for you 24/7 so call them now please!!

discussing with your therapist is prolly the best place to start, they work under client confidentiality, if you may need medication they can usually get it prescribed.

they are there to help you. the more you tell them about what is really going on the more they can help. please tell them. tell someone! just please make someone aware of your feelings. i dont even know you and i would feel bad if you hurt yourself.
