God is NOT a dictator and we - human beings - do NOT become angels when we -- who trust in Jesus as our Savior - get to Heaven as hollywood and cartoons have portrayed and probably RELIGION as well down through the centuries if it has not taught
the TRUE WORD OF GOD....
Angels are a totally different type of being/creation of God.
They were NOT made in the image of God and the fallen angels who followed Lucifer - satan - in his rebellion against God can NEVER be redeemed by the BLOOD of the Lamb, Y'shua - the Son of God.
angels aren't cute little cherubs on Christmas cards, etc.
Maybe you should do a Yahoo search and find out more about God's angels sometime....
Both God's angels and the fallen angels, who are now demons who are doing the bidding of satan in this world, are very strong and powerful beings.

we wont be angels when we get to Heaven...cuz God's angels are there with Him already. im God's Princess! haha =]
but seriously.... God isnt a dictator....if He was a dictator...He would tell us to do something and we would have to do it....God gave us freewill...therefore He is not a dictator...even if He didn't give us freewill...it would be so hard for me right now...to imagine Him as a dictator....He may have dictator qualities if He didn't give us freewill...but with His love and compassion....it is just so hard for me to see Him as dictator if He didn't give us freewill...but if i didnt know about His love and compassion....id probably think He was a dictator though.
we are God's children and we are His little baby angels...haha but we aren't His angels...instead we are His children....we can be classified as angels..but if you're talking literally...then no we arent. God said when we get to Heaven...ther will be no age....we will have a new body....and we will be male nor female....that seems ridculous to us because what else is ther! but i believe its true...because our knowledge can't go past male and female...for that was all the knowledge God gave us to have....
you guys are His children....I'm His Princess so I get a throne n everything!!! =]

Silly child, people don't become angels in heaven. Angels were created before humans, to be our guides and our servants. We were created to be His children. I believe that is why some of the angels rebelled...they weren't too crazy about that arrangement...but most of them seem pretty happy with it. They get to help THE DICTATOR raise His family.
As for me, I will be a Princess in Heaven...I will be "THE DICTATOR'S" daughter. I will rule with Him in Heaven along with all of His other Sons and Daughters...

In neither Jewish, Christian, nor Muslim teachings do humans become angels.
Jewish midrashim holds that Elijah was transubstantiated into Metatron the Archangel and given direct access to the Vaults of Divine Wisdom and Knowledge, access which would have literally blasted Elijah's spirit out of existence to been exposed to. However, the midrashim are not considered scriptural truth.

I was kinda hopin' I could smoke there. All the Marlboro's that I could. Or maybe $50.00 Cuban cigars. And basically kick it.
Course if I'm smokin' I might not be in the right place. But I think

I have many well loved mentors in my past that would fit in to this category of "dictator", my parents, pastors, some teachers, friends, and others who have loved me by guiding me and offering constructive criticism and even letting me fall on my face to learn in natural consequences so I wouldn't fall again. They taught me to catch fish, they didn't catch them for me, the best way to learn. So in heaven I'll be whatever God wants me to be, altho I've made a request to be a dancing angel because I love to dance, but remember, that is just a suggestion, not a demand as I honor his sovereign deity.

i won't be an angel... angels are spiritual beings created as such.. i was created human and will not be an angel... but when i get to heaven, I will praise and worship God in Thanksgiving and awe
