sooo my friend says he obviously likes you bc he holds my hand interlocking fingers and gives me hugs but then one of his friends is like no he is just being stupid and another one of his friends says he could like me but that he didnt know for sure sooo i dont know what to believe ahhh i need some serious help!!!

Listen here girl, if you like this boy and you think that he likes you just be your self and go for it don't be scary and don't tell your friends everything about him.

Sometimes guys like you and they don't tell there friends. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. The best thing for you to do is to ask the guy. If he's showing affection by holding hands and giving you hugs, it does sound like he likes you.

Holding hands and hugs with you is a sign that he likes you for sure...unless he does this with every girl that he knows.
