You have every right to mad, and hurt. It is going to take time to get over this.
He was totally wrong.
Now you have to work on yourself.
Try keeping yourself busy with hobbies, and surrounded by your friends, this will help you to keep your mind off of him.
Let him go, because he is not worth you wasting anymore time on.

Well if you were both under the impression that the relationship was exclusive, then of course you can be upset. But the relationship SOUNDS a little laid back and relaxed. Either way, he obviously wasn't ready for a long distance relationship. Be grateful he told you about it.

I dont mean to sound like a jerk but you should have had better communication. It was kind of wrong for him to do that but you probably assumed he was only dating you. Now if you asked him if he was seeing other people while you were dating and he said no, then you can get mad at him. If you did not ask him, thats on you. Its not a crime to date many people at once without telling other people. You should ask to make sure. if you asked and he lied then you can be pissed.

Of course you have the right to be upset but you owe it to yourself not to brood about it.
My tip: Play a sad song or two, and shake it off. Wait a couple get your head back together and find another man that actually knows how to maintain a relationship and you.

Anger really doesn't help anything. It can only hurt you. Give yourself a little time and explore the possibilities of a relationship with someone new. Maybe closer to home. I wish you the best.

Yes,
Get mad,
Feel angry (but don't do anything),
Cry out loud,
Scream at a mountain,
Go home and sleep.
Next day, dump him aside and look for a GREAT guy!

Sure. But long distance rel, run such risks.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and decide just exactly how YOU want YOUR life to go. Plan well.
