if they are bothersome to him or are noisy all the time past reasonable times then yes he has a right to complain. if not then just plainly as the man what he has against them. untie the poor guy.

You should have brought them up properly,to respect their elders.The little bastar*s would have got a thick ear from me,they would n't mess with me twice.Are you sure you didn't throw away the babies and keep the afterbirth.
