I've never heard that one before. Muslims believe that Jesus (pbuh) was a Messenger of God, sent down to humanity to bridge the gap between man and God. He came to bring people back to God. Muslims believe that Christianity is a true religion of God, a gift from God to humanity. I've never heard even one say that it's false.

I have heard, however, that they believe the Bible to have been changed by man, that it's been altered and it's not the same anymore, not as it originally was. This is true, it's been altered, but it's been altered so little that we can't chuck away the entire thing. Can't toss the baby out with the bath water. Almost all of the Bible's meanings are the way they were intended, but a fraction has been altered. For example, the Comma Johanneum, which is 1 John 5:7-8, is the only biblical support of the trinity. However, the Comma was INSERTED into the bible no earlier than the 10th century.

Ah, but the Holy Qur'an and the Baha'i scriptures are preserved EXACTLY as they were when they were written. Every word is exact, nothing has changed.

Anyway, Muslims acknowledge Christ and Christianity to be true and from God.

They don't. Muslims know that Christianity is a real religion because it was the Christians that helped Muhammad when he left Mecca and Medina. Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet... not the son of God. They do not believe in the Trinity.
In the Bible( I forget where) the scripture says " After me there will come another.... follow Him...etc. Muslims believe the One who came after was Muhammad.
And NO.Muhammad is NOT God! Inform yourself by going to the library. The only way to find out for yourself is to read. You cannot believe everything you are told by people who have stereotyped Muslims and believe they are all out to get us. Only the extremist groups claim to hate George W. and all Americans.
Education is the key if you are serious about getting an answer to your question. Don't believe the hype Honeychild...

Why single out the Muslims? Two thirds of the world's population doesn't believe Christianity is the true religion.

Muslims believe that Islam existed long before Muhammad. The Koran [Ar. qu'ran (قران), recitation] describes as Muslims many Biblical prophets and messengers: Adam, Noah (Arabic: Nuh), Moses (Arabic: Musa) and Jesus (Arabic: Isa) and his apostles. The Koran states that these men were Muslims because they submitted to God, preached His message and upheld His values. Thus, in Surah 3 v52 of the Koran, Jesus’ disciples tell Jesus: "do thou bear witness that we are Muslims".

Most Muslims accept as a Muslim anyone who has publicly pronounced the Shahada, which states, "There is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger." This is often translated as, "There is no god except Allah," however "Allah" is the Arabic word for "the God".

A Christian is a follower of Jesus of Nazareth, referred to as the Christ. Christians believe Jesus to be the Son of God, who lived a life free of sin, who at the end of his earthly life was crucified, and then on the third day, rose from the dead, and later ascended into heaven, with the promise to return.

Most Christians believe in the Trinity or One God in three persons: Father (the Source, the Eternal Majesty); the Son (the eternal Logos or Word, incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth); and the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete or advocate). Today, it is estimated that there are approximately 2.1 billion Christians.

Perhaps THEY (muslims and Christians) have been misled????
