When ever I bend my neck forward, backwards or side to side, I can feel/hear on the inside of the back of my neck this light crackle feeling/sound. What could this be and does everyone experience this? It feels like rice crispies when you add the milk when you move your neck certain ways. Weird, but that's the best I can explain it. Thanks for any info. Could it be because of allergies, neck aging or what?

I have something very similar and think it is caused by new bone being formed because I am taking Fosamax. It would be a good idea to mention this to your doctor on the next visit. ~
