it is a game kids can play. For example: someone would say pick one.. truth or dare. and someone would say either truth. If someone says truth the other person would ask. Who do you like. and the person would have to tell the truth. If someone picked dare then the other person would dare them to do something. Unless theirs another meaning for it.

well it's actually
truth, dare, double dare, promise or repeat, kiss or swear.
and you ask tha person of yer choice to pick one of tha choices and if they pick truth, u ask them a question and there sposed to answer it.
if they pick dare, you dare them to do sumthing simple.
if they pick double dare you can dare them to do anything.
if they pick promise, you ask will u promise to...? (add whut you'd like them to promise)
if they pick repeat, you try to get them to repeat word fer word whut you want them to repeat.
if they pick kiss, you tell them who to kiss
if they pick swear you say sumthing like, 'before this game is over do you swear to ... ?
