I have really bad anxiety sometimes and I will just turn red because im am like flustered. This happened with a guy i know and I feel so embrassed! help . . i am going to feel so stupid seeing him 2morro

You can't control it, so why feel stupid? It just happened. I don't see why he would be upset over that. I think it's a moot point and you should take a few deep breaths. It'll be fine.

i dont understand how anxiety causes this to happen to u but i do know that some if not all people blush when they has a crush on some one or is embrassed.
