Wierdest to date i would say is beef heart, but I am looking for other things. It's actually really good, better than liver with the same texture.

Mustard and popcorn. I remember a friend made me try that. And I do admit, it was PRETTY weird. Somehow, she thought it was good, but to me, it tastes like crackers spread with moldy cheese. Yuck!

Molleja--on the grill. It's actually cow gland. Salt and lemon--it's as yummy as bacon!
For those of you grossed out--what do you think is in a beef hotdog?

I like mustard and crackers. I also like to use ice cream as a dip for fritos or tortilla chips.

|We don't think it is weird in Wales, but we eat quite a lot of laverbread, which is a certain type of seaweed. When cooked it's jet black and believe me it taste absolutely wonderful.
