I have a cold and my throat hurts and i have a stuffy nose. Also, my right ear is not as strong as my left ear. I am taking tylenol ultra relief but i feel as if some things are not real and i am in a dream

Are you taking the Tylenol at the right dosage? If you are then the best thing you can do is get off of the computer and get to bed.

Id recommend heading to the hospital just in case. Tylenol can effect your liver if overdose is the case, and blood tests would determine the overall effect on your liver. If you haven't taken much Tylenol, then it is probably associated with the "head-cold" especially given that you may have an ear infection (can cause dizziness because the inner structures of the ear control balance). Just a few questions that may reveal extra info

How high is your fever?

STOP taking the tylenol immediately.
Drink a lot of gatorade over the next several hours, 1/2 cup every 30 minutes. Eat a cracker or two if you feel like it. You have a mild overdose. The Gatorade will flush it out.

It sounds like you are sick.
Your body is telling you to take it easy.
See a doctor if you need to.
Otherwise, crawl under the covers and get some rest. Gargel some warm salt water. Drink plenty of clear fluids.

Does this have codeine in it, if it does that can make you hallucinate or feel like you are dreaming.

How high is your fever? maybe you should go to a doctor.
