We live alone, just the two of us but he listens to nothing I say. I am afraid that he will get caught and we will both get in trouble because my name is on the lease too.

Yes, unless one of you has a prescription to grow it you could end up in big trouble . I would move if you can with someone else . He is obviously an addict if he is willing to put you in harms way and you can not stop someone like that until they hit bottom.
Another thought is making it look like someone broke in and stole the plants. Stash it in a dumpster away from yours and act innocent.Might cost a few bucks to fix the window or door but your brother may realize he's not being as careful as he thought about who comes around .

Girl, stop, do not pass go, call the cops IMMEDIATELY!!! I'm talking right as soon as you get this message. Call the non-emergency line and tell them what you've told us. Tell them you've told him to get rid of them, but he won't. Tell them you don't do drugs and that you want this stuff out of your life. Then leave the apartment and let him get caught by himself. Just because he's making poor choices with his life doesn't mean you have to go down with him. Please call the cops, I know they have a bad rep for being jerks, but seriously in cases like this they are here to help. If you don't, you might face possession charges! Or go to the police station and talk to them in person, and allow them to go in and search the apartment. Whatever you do, act now before a maintenance man or bug sprayer calls and reports you both!

If this is a real question, listen up. Just do this. Get a trash bag. Either get in it or put the drugs in it. Throw it in a dumpster.
Call ahead or when you leave for good to a catholic priest..
There is no excuse, addictions like this have to be handled from
a distance, never do they quit bs people not even who they love.
Your chance then to contact a priest or a counsellor from a
safe distance to check up on him. He must be forced to quit.
Blessings that you find your angel. Just throw it away for good.
If you cannot do it, get away and have someone else throw it
away. http://www.missingchildren.com

When he's not home, get a little bleach from the washing machine area in your home. Then, pour a small amount in the dirt. That's it. Your work is done. It should only take a few hours. It works wonderful. Then have him discard the dead plants and ask him to leave or else.

Tell him he has to stop right away or you're going to call the cops. He's being selfish and you can't let him get away with it, because he will just continue to walk all over you. Don't turn him in right away, he IS your brother, give him a chance to make things right by getting rid of the weed. But only one chance...if he doesn't take you seriously, that's his own fault...

You will be arrested if the plants are discovered by the cops. You would be well advised to leave the place or get him to ditch the pot. Otherwise, you having knowledge and not doing anything about it will make you duplicitous in the crime. If he cares about you at all, he will get rid of them. If not, I would tell the dude to take a walk and get a new roommate.

If the chance of getting caught is low then do nothing.

Or you can have him sign a paper saying that you had nothing to do with it and that he planted the weed.

Wow, and you just made locating you a whole lot easier for them. Throw the da*n things out when he's not home.

By the way you WILL be charged too because you are wilfully allowing him to do so. Saying but, but, but isn't going to save your hide.

Seriously, you tell him the weed goes or you call the cops on him. Period. Why don't you just kick him out and get another tenant to share the apartment with you. Or you leave.
