Okay, well in America we don't see things like that. But where you're from, I see that it's your culture, so I'll try to give some good advice that isn't rude like everyone else. Yes, if you are in love, then love shouldn't wait or have to be masked. You need to tell her, especially if it's the only way you'll ever get to see this cousin again. If she's really the one for you, she'll most likely understand. And good love most often comes from good friendships. Go get your girl, buddy! <3

if you both enjoy eachothers company and share a good rapport she would surely accept your proporsal. well if you will never get to meet eachother then dont delay in telling your feelings to her.but then you to keep in contact with her and make it a point to visit her atleast 2 or 3 times a year.
