Well, not that we have rights as much as we don't have the right to deny other people things.

matter of factually no and it hasn't stopped christians either, govts, laws, and ethical theory can exist without god. And by mans use they exist in mind but there is no concrete reason.

Any ruler is accountable to his people, peace and order often serve useful ends, this can all fly out the window at anytime though and are maintained by strength of the ruling party in a chaotic backdrop of no rules but gravity and the law you enforce.

No.
All of the rights that Americans enjoy are because we enforce our Constitution.
If left up to god, we would have no rights to enjoy. Please witness any country in which civil war is currently taking place. You will find that, without the human government, individual rights do not exist. Instead, people are murdered, raped, robbed, beaten, etc...
God doesn't give and protect our rights, only we do that.

Most secular humanists would probably say yes. Belief in human rights tends to be widely held and esteemed by humanists.
Nonetheless and despite what many would say, no fully coherent and indisputable philosophical argument for rights has ever been made.

No to your first question - God doesnt exist, therefore cannot give anyone anything.

Yes to your second question. All living people deserve the chance to live in peace in their own fashion as they see fit, as long as it doesnt harm other people.

We are all creatures made by God. How we choose to use our rights is up to us, thanks be to freedom of speech and being and American citizen. I feel that we are all entitled to "God Given Rights" the problem is how we choose to use them! Freedom of speech is a good "right", that everyone in America has. We just must use it wisely.

No, there are no 'God-given rights'.

However, there are rights that any and all life form deserves, and still more that self-aware life forms deserve.

Yes, God gives us the freedom of choice. We don't have to serve Him if we choose not to, but there is a price to pay.

If you mean the JCM God, their book has more rules, less rights, and more punishments than the North Carolina penal system.

Of course. I can derive human rights from reason and a social optimum. I do not need any god for this.
