Does the dealship take care of this for me. I just buy the car and the dealship gets me the PA plates that I need and register it for that state? Someone please help me!!

You don't even need a license to buy a car. You only need a license to drive it and insure it. If you live in PA you can drive it for 30 days before you need to change the car registration from NJ to PA.

This is not something that the dealership would normally do, but if they want to sell you the car badly enough they will probably do you the favor. Car dealers have priority for vehicle registration and they typically have someone going for vehicle registration every couple of days anyway.
