I go to this Bank all the time and there is this woman that works there that seems to be flirting with me she always says "hi" and makes sure i acknowledge her even if i'm just walking by. But her co workers are right there and sometimes her boss is floating around. i make conversation with her all the time but can't ask her out because I'm worried about getting her in trouble.

I was in a similar situation once before. If you feel there's a connection (and there clearly is here) just casually slip her a nicely written note. It'll get her all tingly waiting to open it, it's very original, very flattering and you'll ultimately win her over. Worked for me! Good luck friend...

You could just ask a quick, general question, like "would you like to have a cup of coffee after work?" She wouldn't get in trouble if she just answered the question yes or no.

Dude, next time ask her for her name then slip her a note with your phone number on it.... make it seem cool, like your gonna shake her hand or something...

Give her a big smile and just walk away... she'll know what to do with it.... If she's intrested,,, if shes not... it will end up in the garbage...

If you don't want to come out and ask her out, just mention that some friends are going to wherever after work, and see if her and some of her friends/coworkers would like to join them, and ask her there.

it's her job to make you feel welcome - it's called customer service. I wouldn't read anything else into it. and NO it's not appropriate to ask someone out at work- if she says no, you'll have to switch banks!
