its a 3.9l magnum engine. truck starts and stalls. you can force idle buy applying throttle and bring to 1200 and running for 60 seconds and then the truck idles by itself but needs to be warmed up in order to move or stalls. anyone every have this problem?

The first thing I do on these when they have idle problems is clean the trottle body out REAL good with carb cleaner and a soft toothbrush. If that doesn't fix it you may have a bad idle air valve.

visit your local Dodge dealer and get some fuel injection cleaner that has NAPTHA on the label. Add it to about 15 gallons of fuel and drive till the tank is down to 1/4. That should fix it if the problem is a slightly dirty injector and it can't hurt anyway.
If that doesn't do it, sounds like a map sensor or the throttle positionor sensor is getting weak. You can remove all doubt by finding a local shop that has a tester and that shoud pinpoint the problem so you aren't swapping a bunch of unnecessary parts.

if not that try the throttle positioning sensor could be bad. also fuel filter also. what my wife car did.
