I’ve been on a swim team since I was 15. I used to compete and win many medals back in high school and college. At 19, I had a late spurt of body hair, I used to be completely smooth. I had a downhill period from then on. I used to swim a lot because I could see how my pecs got toned and bigger, but I lost all motivation since my hair was all covered in hair. I used to care so much about my washboard stomach, but I stopped caring because it was all hidden in hair. I stopped swimming, and gained 60 pounds. I lost 40 right after I went back swimming, but the hair just took all the joy from it. I finally decided swimming was important to me, and I really missed being able to see the results on my abs and chest, so I had laser hair removal. It brought the joy back to swimming. I’m motivated to make my abs and chest look better. I took away the hair on my legs, so the speedos are back too. I lost the other 20 pounds, and now I feel I want to swim every single day of my life.

Oh yes! I think if something like that makes you even more comfortable doing something that you love, then it'll be fine. Especially for a good purpose like looking good in a swim suit. Some people just do it for no reason and it's fine, but with a reason like that, it's even more justified.

Laser hair removing won't paintings on blonde hair. It has no pigment to %. up so as a result the laser can no longer hit upon the hair. It additionally does not paintings on gray's, white's or reds. you could attempt electrolysis in spite of the undeniable fact that that's a lengthy technique and somewhat painful.

how well did the laser hair removal work? Does all the hair go away and did you have some new hairs grow in?

I think you should have just shaved. Hair helps you feel things. Like bugs crawling on you, etc. If it grows back, consider yourself lucky.

Sounds like a better reason than the normal "so chicks will think I'm hot."

Wow. That must have been VERY expensive. I got my armpits done at it cost about $1,000.
