My bf was driving my car and there was a sting on his stepbrother and my bf was arrested and my car was seised..... My bf is facing felony 2 drug trafficing but he didn't know that his step brother ws doing this stuff and now they are both in jail and thier bond is 75k cash.

It all depends on what happens in court. He might get out with no trouble if the step-brother admits that all the durgs were his. Or he could get locked away for several years. Just depends on the prior history and who actually was selling the drugs.

A felony is serious. It goes on a persons recond. When applying for a job the question is asked on the application and when the job does a personal search on a person to hire the felony will show up.
I am sorry but it is hard to believe that your bf didn't know what was going on, He might not of had anything to do with what was coming down, but he should of known better than to hang out with his brother who most likely is well known on the streets for drug trafficking.
Hopefully your bf can get a good attorney.
If my brother was trafficking drugs I wouldn't have a thing to do with him. I have a feeling that your bf knows more than what he is saying. And if he wasn't officially part of the crime, he was stupid enough to ride in a car with someone who is in to criminal activity.
I would advise you to think twice about being involved with this guy. A decent guy wouldn't let them self be in a car with a criminal.

His burden of proof may include you as the cars owner as he may say the drugs were yours....happens all the time, don't be a dummy and lie for him,,,stay clear and seek legal assistance from an attorney then find a new BF if you wish to avoid a life of whatever his good judgement brings you...
