i like the extremes of both.
i don't really like the ones who are kinda shy and not. it bugs me. just CHOOSE one for goodness sakes! =P
but if they are shy i think its cute
and if they are outgoing its normally funny.
so either one works!

I like a bit of both,a shy guy who once you get to know him is quite outgoing and confident,i don`t like really shy or very outgoing.

My first partner of 12 years was very shy and I hated it in the end, I had to do everything.......
My husband now is so outgoing he makes me look quiet,. he is the life and soul of the party
So in answer to your question, I don't know I think something in between lol

Has to be a combination! I like a guy that is shy at first, not overly cocky, but that once you get to know him is more outgoing and confident.
