reason 4 question is that i have been getting a call from various #'s don't recognize the #'s so i call again and no answer this time i called and 67 and pretended to be telemarketer to know who is calling then later lady called back and threat me with the police for harrassment. i just wanted to know if my man is messing with me. please help and advise

When the person calls do they say anything of hang up when you answer? If the person that is calling you does not mess with you on the phone I think that if you let it go the random calls my end. Also look at your phone # and see if it matches a number frequently called. My grandparents had a # that was very close to United Airlines and we would get phone calls for them all the time.

if you have them calling you then it is not harrassment but i would avoid to be on the extra save side only to call 1 time a day!
1 time a day is determanation not harrassment but if you call even 2 times in a day then that can be wrote off as harrassment depending on the person complaining about it!
i worked for a lady who said i was harrassing her and she was going to call the law on me! i pushed her to no end! I called from different numbers and stated information at the beginning of the call your website said your hours of operation are 8a-5p I am calling you at 12 noon and i would like to know where my final check is and on what ground do you have me on propation and why can't i stand up for myself!
I called a few times that day she called me back and told me she would contact me when more information was received and not to call her back!
so that weekend i had a load of fun calling her over and over and over again she said she was going to call the cops i said go right a head all i want is my money and a reason why you won't give it too me in my normal pay day! i think the cops would like to hear this information!
she dropped off my pay and no charges were made~!
I called her 15 times in one hour now that is harrassment but i had reason She owed me money shady business lady!

I can't imagine you would go to jail, just don't keep calling them back. See if you can find out the number online. I think superpages.com has a feature where you can see who's number it is if it's listed!
