Does anyone have a house with med. brown colored siding and white/cream/offwhite shutters and if so, does it look ok? And if you do could you send me a pic or leave a url to a pic of your house so i can see it for myself?

Cream color. white will look too fake. and the off white too. Cream softens the color and looks real good with browns.

Whatever turns your crank.. I put it on and it always looks good to me. I do tell people that the lighter the color the better it holds up. You just want enough color to tell there is a contrast. Dark colors can vary from 30 to 40 in summer mornings and in full sun the temperature can go up to 130degrees that is like a heat gun every day the dark colors will take a beat-ting.

Yes. My next door neighbor has "pecan" siding, which reminds me of the color of a Hershey chocolate bar, with white shutters, doors, trim and light fixtures. It looks just fine.

i think it looks fine...it'd look better if they got rid of those diamond shapes though.
