I vomited throughout the night. Every time I had some water it would come back out. Every 15 minutes. Then I got a migraine. And now have very little energy.

It sounds like you have a flu or some other bug that is making you feel so poorly.

What I would suggest is just trying to let the body recover. THe reason you lack energy is your body is trying hard to combat what ever is wrong with you and that takes a lot of energy and drains it from you making you feel quite bad.

With a migraine, it may be better to be in a room with no lights on so it doesn't become more irritable. And as for the vomiting water when you drink it, that is not a good sign as it may be a case of having to wait a while before you can even consider eating solids.

What I would suggest you do is, go to your bed, turn the heating up but also have a window slightly open (which helps circulate and keep the air fresh in your room, the heat being up will make sure it doesn't get too cold), and if in the morning you are still feeling poorly and/or still vomiting after drinking liquids, perhaps a trip to the doctors is in order.

Anyway, I hope you start to feel better soon.

You are definitely dehydrated. You most likely are still not feeling well enough to get to a store so you'll have to do with what you have at home. If you have it try Ginger Ale. Just an ounce at a time every 15 minutes for the first hour. Then increase. If you don't have that coke or pepsi works. Just stir it to take out some of the bubbles and make it flat. It settles better.
Then after that stays down a cracker - don't push it every 15 minutes or so. You'll know when to eat.

I also have a hot cup of tea with some sugar. It helps alot, slip slowly. The sweeter tea you can drink the better. When you get some energy try and eat a meal of mainly protein. Works everytime.

If you are sure it is a migraine then just rest and quiet is all you can do and try some hot water and honey, failing that if you are still like it tomorrow go and see your GP

You probably have food poisoning. naturally you feel like death warmed over.

1. get off the internet
2. lie down
3. sip water
4. if you can't keep down any fluids, try sucking on ice chips or Popsicles.
5. try some Gatorade or an electrolyte solution
6. if you still can't keep anything down after 24 hours from the start of your symptoms, go to the ER.

Hi, you got a migraine because your body is dehydrated and needs fluid. Ive heard that lemonade sometimes stays down better than water..........if you fancy all that fizz.

You are sick - why do you need extra energy? Go back to bed and sleep some more. when you are well you will have more energy.
