People with the ability to see, come from both sides. Their are people God gives this gift to, and their are people who practice divination, which is demonic influence. The way to know the difference? Those with the seer ability from God, do not will themselves to vision. It is used only by the will of God, for the purpose of God. They understand that they are seeing, for God's purpose, and are not a public spectacle. As a matter of fact, you wont know at all. They recieve the vision, and do with it according to the will of God. You wont see them on tv claiming fame or fortune; they dont claim this is of their own ability or take the credit for it. They cant control it. They cant will themselves to find out your future. God reveals what He wants to reveal, when He wants to, and to whom He wants to. Divination on the other hand, is real; and meant for the purposes of the enemy of God. Even if it appears that it is working for good, remember, even satan himself, can appear as an angel of light.

I believe that everyone is capable of some psychic ability however most of us cant harness it. I also believe it comes from an inner strength not from god or satan

Neither, if a quantum computer can solve a problem without running the algorithm then maybe its on a quantum level that people perceive a future event.

By definition it would have to be from Satan. If it were from God they would be a prophet, not a psychic.
