I like to use the King's Hawaiian Bread. I usually buy a couple loaves and cut one up into cubes which people can dip into the spinach dip and the other I just cut out the middle and put the spinach dip inside.
Sourdough would be nice too, but I like the contrast of the savory dip with the sweetness of the Hawaiian bread.

I usually buy a sourdough round from the local bakery, hollow out the inside, place the dip in the center, and use the bread I removed from the center of the loaf to dip into the Spinach Dip.

King's Hawaiian Bread, the round loaf. Tear out the center, put the dip in the middle; Tear up the center of bread into small chunks for dipping.

A nice, chewy sourdough...definitely. Save the pain of digging out a sourdough round, and simply serve the dip in a nice bowl with cubes of bread. Yummy!

A nice sourdough brioche, hollow it out, brush with olive oil, or melted butter, and toast lightly, fill with dip, and make cubes from the inside of the brioche to use as dippers
