Awesome malts or shakes:

3/4 cup of milk
couple TBSPs of choc syrup, or strawberry jelly, or Quick!
1 tsp vanilla
3 lg scoops of ice cream
(if you like malts, add about 2 TBSP malted-either choc or vanilla)

Blend the everything but the ice cream in your blender, then add ice cream and blend. Your blender wont work so hard this way, and it makes kick *ss malts and shakes!
Enjoy!

Milk

Ice Cream

Flavoring - such as Chocolate Syrup or the like

AND you can buy Malt in the grocery store and make a malted.

Use more ice cream than milk - add flavoring and whip up in the blender
