This guy I like likes my best friend and i asked her if she liked him and she said no but I found out that she does. So I decided to let them do their stuff and I thought i would get over it but it still hurts me to watch them flirt with each other and it is starting to destroy me and my best friends relationship. What should I do?

Hi, Icompletely know what you are going through. I have had a friendship fall apart with the same dilemma, except in my case I was the other girl. Honestly you are taking probably the best approach possible, and sorry to say it is tough for this type of a situation to have a good outcome at lest in the short-term. There isn't too much more you can do except to let her know how you are feeling, but to also tell her that you don't want to lose the friendship. It might help for you to try and find some new eyecandy and maybe to seek out othe guys to get you mind off of the situation. If you are in high school just know that this might seem like a tragedy right now, but in less time than you think you will feell better, and find someone else who you fall in love with and hopefully if she truly is your best friend she will also still be in the picture for a very long time. Hope this helps at least a little

ok i think u should tell ur best friend how u feel about this & tell her that u thought u could get over it but u now realize it still really hurts u 2 see them flirt & stuff.Ok maybe u could try lettin him know that u r also interested in him.u could like sorta flirt wit him jus a little bit & if he flirts back maybe u could have a casual conversation wit him but dont come out & basically admit u like him that could scare him away & it could start some problems.if ur friend gets mad @ u for tellin her that u tried 2 get over him but u realized it hurt u she just needs 2 get over it but if she is the good type of friend then maybe she will back off & possibly will mention somethin about u 2 this guy u like.well good luck wit everything

hook them up & act excited about it. find another guy to like who will like you back now and go out with him enthusiastically, the whole time keeping your eye on the prize: your best friends boyfriend.
don't worry, they will break up. dont let it be a nasty one, help it be a mutual agreement. the guy will be over her because he saw how much better you were. you are happy with another guy, so dang he wants you even more! then he'll ask you out and boom. it works.
and if it doesn't work, you might have found another guy in the form of the one you halfway used.
im not saying this is 100% perfect, its got flaws. but if you do everything right, it should!

I know it is hard because the same thing happened 2 me 4 three years. what i did was since it was my best friend i was happy for him. and if you truly like/love this guy you should b happy to know that he is happy with your best friend. it sucks and i know that but maybe later in life things will turn 4 the best and u will have a chance with him or even a better guy.

Well I hate to say this , but let them be. Would you want to be with someone who in the future would of acted on feelings for your friend. It is obvious he did not want to be with you. Dont let a guy ruin your friendship. Find a guy who deserves you!!

Tell your best friend how you feel, and maybe put a bit of distance between you and the guy, may be hang with your other friends and confide in a trustworthy one.

And see how you feel after that, sure it is just a crush, if its meant to be between you two im sure HE will seek you out!
