Try drinking water, if only in little sips. The important thing is not to get dehydrated. Migraines will leave you feeling very drained, possible for 2/3 days. Make sure you get plenty of rest. Avoid noise and stay in a darkened room if you still have the migraine. It would probably be better if you avoided the computer as looking at the screen won't help. If symptons persist you could go to ER. If this is your first migraine you should see your GP for a check up.

Your body is obviously fed up with something. Give it time. Don't seek energy till the symptoms dissapate!
However, when the symptoms dissapate try lifting your knees, then rotating at the waist. Maybe take a short walk out in the brisk. Splash cold water on your face. Brush your teeth- sounds funny, but I've noticed that after I've been sick the slow massaging action is wonderful!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

sounds like you may have gastroentiritis or similar tummy bug, the headache will be caused by dehydration. You should let nature take its course but keep trying to drink that water, if you start to become too weak and floppy etc. i'd call out your Dr just to make sure your not TOO dehydrated. Good luck to you and i hope you feel better soon!!

well you could try rehydration salts but if you are still vomiting you probably wont keep it down. Wait and rest in bed, sip water very small amounts or rehydration salts.
give your self 24 hours if you are still vomiting get medical advice.

If you haven't been able to hold down any fluids in the past 24 hours, Its likely that you are dehydrated, and you could also have an electrolyte imbalance. If you are still unable to hold down fluids, then you should should consider going to an ER to receive medication to stop the vomiting and an IV to replenish fluids and electrolytes.

Try and sip a little lucazade, its got plenty of sugar in it to give you a little boost of energy. Stay in bed until it passes, keep up with the liquids though. If it gets worse, call the Doctor.
Get better soon

If you've been up all nihgt, catch up on the lost sleep. If you can keep stuff down now, drink plenty to re-hydrate. I find Ginger Ale is particularly good when getting over stomach bugs.

You need to phone nhs direct. 0845 4647 I think they have a website too, but if you phone the number they will talk you through your symptoms - they have a checklist to work through. That way they can tell if you need to see doctor urgently.
In the meantime, suck a glucose sweet. An orange strepsil would be ideal.
