Simply go to the school and enroll herself. Work on a GED.

Go to school! It's your future! If you don't want to go back to the same school, maybe there are special schools in your district that you can attend. Please stay in school. Also, please talk to a responsible adult such as a minister or counselor. Your parents are only thinking about your best interests. When you are older you will be very happy you had an education.

Its illegal unless your over 16 or maybe 17.
Go to the school inform them. Your parents will have to enroll you.

well, the parent is being neglectful by not supporting this child's education. social services can become involved because it is truly neglect. a foster family can be found that does support education.
