This is my first time making chicken breasts without frying them. I currently have them at home sitting in a marinade. Any suggestions on how to prepare them?

there is actually a very healthy and tasty way of preparing bone in chicken breast without frying them! all you have to do is go to your local grocery store and buy some shake and bake (and most ppl that have seen talledaga nights are now laughing) that says chicken/poultry on it. after you have let it sit in the marinade for 45min-1 hr your rub the seasoning on the chicken. put the chicken on a baking sheet and place in oven (350 degrres for about an hour) and serve with some scalloped potatoes and gravy and enjoy! p.s happy cooking! : )

You didn't say what type of Marinade, anyway if you happen to have some extra that hasn't been on the chicken use it the last 10 minutes of cooking to enhance the flavor. Ovenware, Oven 350, Breast in the pan, bake for 30mins. baste, bake 15mins. internal temp 165-170. Plate and eat

Chicken and Dumplings

1 whole chicken or pieces
1 bay leaf
2 tsp garlic salt
6 black peppercorns
6 cups of water
1 cup baby carrots
1 package refrigerator biscuits (10 – 12)

Place chicken in crock pot and add everything except carrots. Cook on low for about 8-10 hours. Remove chicken and de-bone. Pour broth into large pot on stove and heat until boiling. Add carrots and cook for 30 minutes. Thicken broth with cornstarch or flour mixed with cold water. Tear refrigerator biscuits into 3-4 pieces each and drop into boiling broth, lower heat and cover. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until biscuits puff up. Add chicken and carrots, stir, and serve.

You know an awesome way to make chicken is put Catalina Salad Dressing in the bottom of your baking dish put chicken on top and then cover with Catalina Dressing and then cover and bake approx 45 min. (check chicken temp) to ensure cooked.
It leaves chicken very moist and is so DELICIOUS! Quick & easy!
