Right now, I'd choose the ribs. Messy, but mmmmm mmmmm good. But there are times when I prefer a good, juicy, medium-well steak grilled to perfection. Know how to tenderize a steak? Slice kiwi fruit and lay it across the steak after you season it - but don't leave it too long or the steak will fall to pieces. You can turn the cheapest cut of round steak into melt-in-your-mouth goodness with the kiwi. I always rub it in after I let it sit a while.

Now you've made me hungry. Do you deliver?? I'll take some potato salad and baked beans with the ribs, please. And plenty of napkins!

If you would have said Porterhouse it would be a more difficult answer for me. The BBQ circuit is a wonderful thing and there's a reason it is so popular...ribs for me.
