Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Oh my, that's not good! Usually with dizziness and headache pain it means that your neck muscles are extremely tense and need to be released! It sounds like a frequent problem and can be caused by sleep habits, the way you hold your posture and where/how you work. (Computers and reading are hard on the back and neck!) Go to a massage therapist to start and see if your 'scm' muscles and scalenes, traps are causing the problem. If you can't get relief that way defeniatly go to your doctor for a more serious diagnosis. Good Luck!

You should definitely see a doctor. I do have my suspicion but would rather not share it here as there's no way for me to be sure from what you told me and I'd rather not alarm you unnecessarily. But usually, the symptoms you've describe calls for special studies or referral to specialists. See someone as soon as possible...
